Quidagge
Now that Quiddage is under way we need to have a QManawatu currency (money) to use on our market days. We also need someone to design a banking system for us with deposit and withdrawal slips to keep track of our Snidges. Where will we put them? Where will we put our Snidges?
Challenge: To create currency for our Country of QManawatu.
Ideas- Have a look at some real money, what does it have on it? What could we have on ours?
What is money made of? what could we make our Sindges out of?
What do deposit and withdrawal slips look like? What should QManawatu's look like?
What should we use as a vault to keep our Snidges safe?
People who can come up with sensible ideas will be paid for their contribution to QManawatu.

Update
We are well over half way through the term and things have been very busy. The duathalon was a huge success and all of the LC12 students who participated did really well. Congratulations Aidan for winning the new bike. We are off to camp on Tuesday and I know everyone is looking forward to it. School swimming sports is tomorrow and I am sure everyone will give it their best and show what sort of class LC12 is.

Well done!
Well done on the first day back at school. It was great to meet everyone and get the school year underway.
Your class passports look fantastic and will look even better once they are up on the wall.
